As Support Agent, you will be the go-to ambassador of our organizers. You’ll be responsible for supporting our organizers in their day to day operations on our platform.
Moreover, you will also updating our tools and will be helping the Support team with projects and future ideas.
Our B2B satisfaction will be the heart of your missions. Your target is to offer THE solution to all Shotgun organizers.
🔨What you will do
- Reply to our organizers support request in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage our support tools to provide the best support experience
- Interact in writing with event producers on a daily basis, and make sure they feel supported and happy
- Report bugs to our technical team to be resolved quickly
- Share producers requests or feedback to help the product team adjust the product roadmap
- Respond to requests and comments on Zendesk
- Update Help Center, FAQs and automatic responses
- Help improve current tools, processes and future projects
💡 The job is made for you if you are...
- You're native or bilingual in Portuguese, and very confortable in English
- You have at least 1 year of work experience in related areas (Support is a big plus)
- You are empathetic. So you genuinely love to help others, and know how to find the right words and the right solutions in any situation
- You are a structured, organized and agile person
- You are eager to learn, and ready to commit to a fast growing startup
- Have a good sense of analytics
- Experience with ticketing tools is a plus
