What we're looking for

We’re looking for a Growth Lead to architect the viral engine that will scale Shotgun from €200M GMV to €1B+. You’ll focus first on the fan side of our marketplace, building loops across millions of users. Over time, as the growth machine scales, you’ll extend your scope to organizers and artists, owning growth across the full marketplace.

This is a hands-on role at first – you’ll run experiments directly with product, data, and design – but within 12–18 months you’ll hire and lead a team, owning growth globally.

What you will do

• Design & run weekly growth sprints: launch and measure experiments that directly impact 7M+ fans across 3 continents
• Expand the cultural graph: make following an organizer/artist a default behavior for every fan
• Increase distribution power: grow the % of tickets sold through Shotgun channels
• Boost sales velocity: expand the % of events that sell >50% of tickets in the first days post launch
• Seed inbound B2B growth: design playbooks that generate X qualified organizer leads per month

Profile

This role is for someone who has personally shipped high-impact growth experiments at scale and wants to design the growth engine of a global cultural marketplace.

You might come from marketplaces, consumer apps, social, or gaming. What matters is you’ve built loops, hacked channels, and can turn zero-to-one experiments in growth
