What we're looking for
We’re looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager who can both build brand equity and deliver measurable business impact. Someone who can blend creativity with operational rigor, and who thrives at the intersection of brand, growth, and community.

- Excited to be both the voice of Shotgun in Portugal and a key partner to our community of organizers
What you will do
As Brand & Marketing Manager - Portugal, you’ll be responsible for building Shotgun’s presence and impact in the Portuguese market. You will:
1. Lead social media & community growth
- Develop the social media strategy with HQ and take full ownership of execution in Portugal
- Create engaging content and campaigns to grow and activate Shotgun’s local community
2. Drive B2B partner success
- Support organizers in growing their brand and sales through tailored activations (online & on-site)
- Own Shotgun’s channels and paid campaigns to drive ticketing performance, optimizing budgets based on results
3. Build and amplify Shotgun’s brand
- Strengthen Shotgun’s visibility in Portugal through events, partnerships, press, and influencer collaborations
- Diversify content formats (articles, podcasts, etc.) to grow and engage our B2B community
4. Support Sales & Account Management
- Create compelling content and materials showcasing Shotgun’s community, cultural footprint, and marketing capabilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to design custom activations that highlight Shotgun’s value to partners
The job is for you if you are ...
Must-Have
- Experienced (4-years minimum) in developing and coordinating omnichannel marketing campaigns (email, social media, search, retargeting, offline activations)
- Skilled in content strategy and production (copywriting, blogging, video, social, storytelling)
- Comfortable with performance marketing, including managing paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Passionate about live music, culture, and community building — and eager to shape the future of events in Portugal
- Experienced in running events end-to-end (budget, ops, recap)
- Strong in project management, capable of juggling multiple campaigns and stakeholders while meeting deadlines
- Highly analytical, able to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies for maximum impact
- Deeply connected with local networks in the PT scene (press, venues, artists, creators

1. Awareness
- Expanding Shotgun's reach with millions of impressions each quarter across organic and paid channels.
- Driving strong engagement on campaigns (high CTRs, impactful storytelling, media buzz).
- Building Shotgun's cultural footprint through press coverage, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
2. Conversion
- Turning visibility into results: more app installs and more first-time buyers every quarter.
- Running high-performing email & paid campaigns with strong open rates, click-throughs, and ROI.
- Generating incremental GMV uplift for our organizers by making every marketing campaign count.
3. Community Growth & Engagement
- Growing and activating our community: engaged social followers, an active newsletter base, and memorable brand activations.
- Ensuring that organizers see real added value, with custom activations that boost ticket sales and loyalty.
- Strengthening Shotgun's position as a trusted cultural partner in Portugal's live music scene.
