Senior Graphic Designer
About Shotgun
Shotgun is building the operating system for live music.
We empower event organizers, venues, festivals, and artists to grow their communities, monetize their creativity, and shape culture — with tools that make ticketing effortless and distribution powerful.
We’re not just another ticketing platform. We are the tech ally of a cultural movement. In an age where, if you don’t master technology, technology will own you — we’re building the infrastructure to make sure art wins in the end.
Shotgun is already powering the next generation of festivals, clubs, and cultural entrepreneurs across France, Brazil, Portugal, and the US. With €200M+ GMV and millions of fans worldwide, we’re just getting started.
Organization
Shotgun currently operates across four markets: France, Portugal, Brazil and the US, with further expansion ahead. Our Marketing organization combines global Brand and Content functions with local Marketing teams, allowing us to build a strong global brand while staying relevant to each market.
As Shotgun grows, our brand is used by an increasing number of teams and across a wide range of touchpoints, from Marketing to Sales, Product, events and partnerships. This creates a growing need for a visual system that is both distinctive and consistent, while remaining flexible and easy for teams to activate.
This newly created role within the Brand team will bring greater ownership and structure to Shotgun’s visual expression. You will help evolve our visual language, build the tools and guidelines that enable teams to use it consistently, and ensure that everything we put into the world feels unmistakably Shotgun.
You will report directly to the Head of Brand and work closely with Marketing, Sales and Product teams across our different markets.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a Paris area based mid-level Graphic Designer (3–5 years’ experience) who can drive the consistency of Shotgun’s brand across our various materials (digital and print), and knows how to turn strategies into impactful visual concepts.
What you will do
Translate our brand platform into graphic concepts for our external communications (social media posts, merchandising, POS/point‑of‑sale materials, etc.).
Revise and maintain Shotgun’s brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all departments (communications, marketing, sales, etc.).
Build an asset library for Sales and Marketing to help convert (product screen variations, graphic asset library such as iconography, logos, backgrounds, etc.).
Create templates for communication (social media post, posters, figma slides, more…)
Support the sales team and the leadership team with slide/presentation design when needed.
The job is made for you if…
🎨 You are a highly creative designer with a strong visual culture and a sharp point of view. You are familiar with the underground culture and the live music industry and its visual esthetismes.
🪩 Your work feels contemporary, bold and culturally relevant. You understand what makes a brand feel desirable, not just beautiful.
🧐 At the same time, you are rigorous and detail-oriented: you care about consistency, systems and brand standards as much as you care about the creative idea.
🚀 You're proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously when the situation calls for it.
📱 You can adapt a product-led brand to marketing use cases.
💻 You have Figma skills that allow you to editorialize already-prepared mockups.
📢 You can define and present creative concepts like a true Art Director, and you know how to guide external partners to meet stakeholder expectations.
👾 Motion skills (After Effects / Jitter / Rive) and Physical brand activation are appreciated.
🎙 You can work in French and English (written and oral).
