WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our People team. You'll play a hands-on role across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — supporting our teams as we continue to scale internationally. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants real ownership over HR operations and processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own day-to-day HR administration
- Oversee the entire payroll cycle (France, Portugal, the US) and manage relationships with our providers.
- Personnel administration for all countries: handle files from A to Z (contracts, amendments, health insurance, medical check-ups, etc.) with rigorous, up-to-date record-keeping.
- Ensure high-quality onboarding and offboarding, and respond promptly to employees’ day-to-day requests.
- Ensure that all performance reviews are done in a timely manner
Own recruitment coordination and execution
- Review and refine job descriptions and interview processes with hiring managers to ensure clarity, quality, and consistency.
- Manage headhunting and sourcing efforts, including proactive outreach to passive candidates when needed.
- Post job offers across relevant job boards and channels and closely monitor interviews to ensure a smooth and timely process and well-documented feedback.
- Coordinate background checks and ensure all pre-employment verifications are completed before onboarding.
Contribute to and support HR policies
- Contribute to and help maintain HR processes, templates, and documentation as the company scales.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and general questions.
- Support the HR team on compliance topics, including relations with social partners, works council obligations, and training fund (Opco) management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

5 years of experience in an HR generalist, ideally in a fast-growing tech or startup environment.
Solid knowledge of French labor law and payroll fundamentals.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English, Portuguese is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing a high volume of administrative tasks with rigor.
A proactive, hands-on mindset.
Discretion and good judgment when handling confidential information.
