🚀 Mission
- Lead Shotgun in the US
- Work closely with CEO & CSO on expansion strategy
- Lead the sales strategy and manage the entire funnel
- Meet with event promoters, festival producers, or venue owners virtually or in person
- Demo Shotgun's product and solutions
- Negotiate partnerships and contracts
- Account management
- Lead the marketplace growth efforts in target cities
- Manage the US team (6 people as of November 2022 in NYC & Miami)
- Coordinate & report progress to CEO
- Go to live events, meet people of the industry backstage, participate to trade shows to always extend your network
✅ Must have
- Strong leadership & team building skills
- Experience in leading people
- Experience & network in the entertainment industry
- 5 years of sales experience including SDR and / or Account Executive function
☺️ Nice to have
- Experience in Live Music is a plus & a strong network of promoters, venues, DJs, artists, festival owners is highly appreciated
- Entrepreneurial experience either founder or early employee
👉 Practical information
- Competitive package
- Contract Type: Full-Time
- Location: New York (offices in Bushwick)
- IRL first in order to acclimate to the culture and absorb knowledge:
- first month in the office
- then 4/5th for the next 5 months
- Flexible on remote in the mid-term; 2 days in the office per week is a minimum we stick to
- Travel within the US between New York & Miami offices (once a month)
- and to Shotgun worldwide offices in Paris, Sao Paolo, Lisbon (once a year)
